2. What data we process and why
Appointment and information requests
When you fill in the forms on this website we collect: name and surname, phone, email, town (optional), room to be furnished, any product of interest, message, chosen day and time slot, website language, date and time of consent. We use them to reply, to arrange and manage your appointment, to send you a confirmation email with the event to add to your calendar (.ics file and Google Calendar link) and a reminder the day before.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Fields marked as required are necessary for us to reply.
News and invitations (optional)
Only if you tick the dedicated box will we use your email and phone to send you occasional news and invitations to showroom events. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to [email da inserire].
Review request
If the feature is active, after your showroom visit we may send you a single email with a link to leave, if you wish, a review on Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in knowing customers’ opinions; you can object at any time.
Website security
To prevent automated submissions we keep, for 10 minutes, a code derived from your IP address (not the address itself) and the number of submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.
3. Data not to include
Please do not include unnecessary data in your messages, in particular health data or other special categories of data.
4. How long we keep data
Requests are automatically deleted 365 days after receipt, unless a contract follows: in that case data are kept for the period required by law (for example 10 years for accounting records).
5. Who can see the data
Authorised Arredo Morelli staff and the providers that help us run the website, acting as processors: hosting provider [hosting provider name to be added], email delivery service [SMTP service name to be added], the agency that maintains the website (reversecomunica) for technical support. If you ask about a product, we may share with the manufacturer only the data needed for the order. Data are never sold or disclosed.
6. Transfers outside the EU
If you use the “Add to Google Calendar” or “WhatsApp” buttons or open the map, you send data to Google or Meta under their own policies. [Check server locations of the hosting and email providers.]
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to [email da inserire]. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
